Non-refundable: As a small business we are unable to offer refunds but will gladly replace an item of the same value if you are unhappy with your product. Does not apply to items on sale. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it. Please provide image of product and order number within e-mail.
